WE have tried a few and zoom in with Orimon.ai because of a friend, after so many hours of training the chatbot we finally have 'some clue' on what it is, how to use it, where to use it and the journey just started.
Is it (AI-powered chatbot) recommended for everyone?
We rather said not likely. Gemini or ChatGPT can do the job already, without having to spend time and resources (i.e. $$$) and time is also money, in a way.
